Jessica A Vandegrift, MS, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP Owner/Therapist.
Jessica is the owner of Hand In Hand Therapy & Tutoring, LLC. She has over 18 years of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist with multiple certifications. Jessica is married to her best friend for over 28 years. Together they share a blended family of 5 children, 4 grandchildren, soon to be a great grandson and 3 fur babies. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003 with her Bachelor of Science in Business and in 2006 with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and playing with her dogs. She is an Alabama fan who loves to watch the Tide roll! Jessica has a passion for what she does, her work is her heart, and she loves the children she works with.
Misty McIntyre, Office Manager
Misty is the Office Manger here at Hand in Hand. She is also Jessica’s bonus daughter! She is the wife of a Marine Corp Veteran (her best friend) and the mother of 3 beautiful children Sydney, Bradley, and Reyna and soon to be a Gmaw. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2012 with her Associates of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. She loves Alabama football and good food! Misty commutes to Fairhope every day from Milton, Florida, but it is well worth the drive. She loves our patients and looks forward to seeing them every day! She looks forward to helping our establishment grow and expanding our ability to provide services to our local community and surrounding areas. “God Bless and Roll Tide Roll!!”
Catherine Halley, OT
Catherine is a native of Daphne, Alabama and lives in Spanish Fort with her family and fur babies. She’s a passionate equestrian and attended Averett University in Danville, Virginia, where she acquired her Bachelor of Science in Equine Business Management with a Minor in English in 2013. She felt that there was something missing in her life and a good friend told her about Occupational Therapy. She fell in love with Occupational therapy and graduated from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama with an Associates in Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2019. Catherine loves to spend time training her AKC Therapy dog Lyllie, and volunteering at hippotherapy barns. She spends time serving as an Elder at Spanish Fort Presbyterian and spreading God’s love to her community.
Shannon Munday MS, CCC-SLP
Shannon has been a speech therapist for 23 years! Originally from Indiana, but her and her husband, George, have been living in Baldwin County since 2008! They have two furbabies, LuLu and Bama, who they love like their on children! Shannon also bakes and decorates cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc., dabbles in painting and she is getting her feet wet in surface pattern design! She is excited to join the team and happy to be working with Jessica again and look forward to serving your kiddos!
